Immigration/Welfare Benefits/General Advice

We provide advice service in Welfare Benefits, Housing, NHS Health and Hospitals, Adult and Social Care, Immigration, Nationality etc.

We also take up individual casework and liaise with the Home Office and other agencies.
Assistance is given in completing necessary forms on behalf of service users.

We also provide Outreach Welfare Benefits Advice Service to assist Elderly, Disabled and Vulnerable people who are not able to visit our office.  We mainly provide basic welfare rights advice, inform service users about the provision available for them and also assist them with various forms filling.  Translating and interpreting services are available if required as our staff speak several languages.

We also work closely with other statutory and voluntary organisations for the betterment of our service users.

We have achieved full  Quality Mark by the Community Legal Services and our staff are also qualified at Level 2 OISC (Offices of the Immigration Services Commission) requirements for Immigration and Nationality advice work.

It is illegal to give Immigration/Nationality advice unless a person is registered with OISC.
